Just couldn't resist

This morning Bailey and Gregory were giving hugs to one another. We just had to video. I hope they always want to share hugs.

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! Let's hope 2008 is a good and healthy one. We had a busy week since our last entry. Christmas was wonderful. Santa came to visit and ate almost all of Bailey's cookies (he left a couple of bites and it made Bailey a bit worried). We spent the afternoon in Stockton at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Opened tons of presents and ate lots of yummy food. After Christmas we drove down to LA to visit family. We also went to - well, we were hoping to go to Disneyland, but it was too crowded so we went to California Adventure. Bailey and Gregory both had a very fun time! Tonight we went back to Grandma and Grandpa's to help get ready for New Years. Tomorrow we'll be back at Hibachan's house for ozoni and lunch and we'll spend the rest of the day at Grandma and Grandpa's.

Christmas Eve

It's Christmas Eve - This morning Clark asked Bailey what she'd like to do today and she

said she wanted to go to the zoo. So, we packed up our snacks and headed for the zoo. We visited with all of Bailey's favorites - the lion, elephants, giraffes, goats, camels...and rode the train!

 

When we came home we had lunch, cleaned the yard and baked cookies for Santa. This year Bailey made sugar cookies. With frosting and all. Santa will LOVE them! 

Tonight we opened some gifts - all our gifts under our tree. Clark thinks we should wait until Christmas to open, but what fun is that? The kids loved it. Gosh, I wish I could bottle their excitement and post that as well.






 

(Okay, clearly I don't know what i'm doing here. I can't move the pictures where I want them and they are in an odd order. Plus the pictures of proud Bailey with her Santa cookies just won't rotate. I'll put together a photo slide show later... )

Bailey loves to sing. Sometimes she makes up her own songs and sometimes she sings something she has learned. Here she is singing her ABCs.

Looking for Grandpa

Every morning Gregory looks for Grandpa. His sign for Grandpa is patting his chest. Yes, he isn't talking at all yet, but he has a few signs under his belt and seems to always get his message across. At least to Mommy, Daddy and Bailey.

Gregory's 15 month check up

Took Gregory to the doctor today for his 15 month check up. He had to get 5 shots! UGH. All's well. He is 22 pounds and 31 inches long. Hasn't gained any weight in the last 3 months, but he has grown. He just doesn't like to eat. We're going to have him tested for allergies. I'm thinking wheat and eggs, but we'll see. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he isn't allergic to wheat. There's wheat in so many things and he just doesn't like the alternative flours. :( Eggs? Well, Bailey is allergic to eggs so we rarely have them in the house anyways.

Trying something new

Today is December 20, 2007 and we're trying something new. My brother turned me on to this blog business. I'm mainly trying it out because I'm looking for something to share videos and photos. Our current website doesn't allow us to share videos and there's a limit to how many photos we can share at any one time too. We'll see how this goes. It's free so no harm...
