The Halloween Parade (on the day BEFORE Halloween)

Today the kids had their Halloween parade and party since tomorrow they have NO SCHOOL!  What's that all about?  Apparently the teachers don't want the kids at school on Halloween so they opted to have an inservice day (again).

Thursday my baby hit the double digits and turned 10 on me.  I tell her it didn't really happen, but she assures me it did.  I'm blue about the whole thing cuz, well, cuz I just can't believe it!  I still remember lying in the hospital having her ~ just like it was yesterday!  Really!!

She wanted mochiko chicken for her birthday dinner, but I've been WAY too busy.  I told her to pick something easier for the weekday and I'd make the mochiko chicken on the weekend

My friend has been teaching me gun safety and I was beginning to think I'd never hit the range ~ BUT!  The day finally came!!

Here goes!!  I started with a Smith and Wesson 422 and ended with a Glock 17! :)

Felt like i shot a million bullets, but it was only an hour...I think I did pretty well for my first day!  It was SOOOOO FUN!

Saturday ~ Today was the school carnival and it rained.  We need the rain, but out of all the days to rain!  Kids still had a great time, but we had to rush off to go to Sports Authority to get some HOF baseball guys signature ~  Something Fingers??  And since it's Saturday, we had basketball practice, too!

The Birthday Dinner

Today we had mochiko chicken (I had tofu soup since I found out Im allergic to wheat!)  Didn't have time to bake a vegan cake, but we had a slice of regular cake Daddy picked up the other day.

Our Weekend

We had a busy weekend ~ Seems like all our weekends are busy lately, but this time i took pictures! :)

Friday we had to go to Concord to pick up jerseys from the church so after Bailey's exercise class we went out to dinner and stopped by CREAM for ice cream sandwiches

Not that basketball season has started, every Saturday you'll find us here at the gym.  Clark is coaching Gregory's team.  He has a great group of kids!  9 boys ranging from 6-8 years old.  I think this was our third week and they are already showing improvement!

Today was the Run for Education for San Ramon Unified.  Clark and Gregory ran the timed 5K and Bailey and I walked/ran it for fun (not timed).  Aunty Joey, Camryn and Lukie also did the "fun run"!  

My little man shaved two minutes off his time ~ 32 minutes!

We went and have a Girls' Night with Aunty Kristin and Emma while the boys went to the card show.  Aunty took us to paint pottery and out for Vietnamese food for dinner!  We had a great time!

We had Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle Frank, Aunty Joey, Uncle Ryan, Camryn and Lukie over for dinner Saturday to celebrate the kids birthday!
