Happy Birthday to my Sweet and Little Man

Yesterday we celebrated Bailey and Gregory's birthday!  Lots of family, food and fun.  We stayed up past 10pm and had the best time ever!

Here we are with Oliver and Emma ~
Camryn and Luke came after their snoozer.

Again, I forgot to take a picture of the food BEFORE we ate.  BOO.
We had a LOT of yummy food though.
Grandma made this yummy chocolate cake with
homemade marshmallows for the girls.
Red Velvet cake for the rest of us.

Primos!

Fact for the day...Did you know the sun is NOT up at 6am?

Today was Primo's Run for Education!  Daddy ran the 1/2 marathon and Aunty Joey ran the 5K for Golden View!  Whoo hoo!  We left our house at 6:20am to take Daddy to Danville, picked up breakfast at Burger King and drove to Central Park to meet up with him after the race.  While we were parked we saw Aunty Joey (right behind us!) in the parking lot.  We hung out at the park and met up with Daddy and Aunty after the race.  Daddy made it in 1:54 and Aunty ran the 5K in less than 30 minutes!  What a fun morning!

BOO! and Boo!!

Bailey has a ghost project for school. She has to make a ghost, write a report and give a presentation to introduce her ghost to the class. Today we made the ghost!  (Plus a few extras to decorate our house too!)

We used cheese cloth, styrofoam balls and fabric
stiffener to make our ghosts.

Gregory trying to hide.

Gotta get the stiffener all soaked into the cheese cloth!
VERY MESSY!
Open it up and place it on top of the styrofoam ball.

Add a couple of googly eyes ~
we still need to add some string so we can hang them.
They turned out cute!  I've got to find our black duct
tape so we can add some features...
Now to write the report and practice the presentation!

OK, the SECOND BOO....

This morning Daddy got into an accident and now he is sitting on the freeway waiting for AAA to come scoop him up. He's been driving it all day, but it seems the radiator is leaking so the car overheated in the traffic on his way home. (Luckily he stalled somewhere safe this time!) He's planning to have the thing towed here so we'll see the damage when he gets home. Boo!

Aunty Kellie and Uncle Brent's Baby Shower!

Today we had a wonderful celebration to welcome our soon-to-be NEW COUSIN!  We all gathered at Uncle Bob and Aunty Kristin's house for brunch and ate WAY TOO much food and just had a great time chatting the day away.  Aunty Kellie looks great and we all wish her an easy delivery and I can't wait to hold a little baby in my arms again! :)

Visit to G&M Farms

Today's plan was to have a picnic lunch at Angel's Island and watch the Blue Angels fly by!  BUT that was before Daddy realized that it was Fleet Week, a Giants game, 49er game, Castro Street Fair, America's cup, some blue grass festival and who knows what else.  Anyways 1 million people were expected to travel to SF today and we weren't going to be four of them!  Therefore we decided to hit the pumpkin patch! :)

Gregory is going to Joan's Pumpkin Patch with his class.
So we decided to go to G&M Farms.
Kids are ready to start looking for PUMPKINS!

Daddy and his sweetheart

The Little Man.

We did catch a bit of an air show!
This dude was a NUT.
He was doing all sorts of crazy tricks.

I've always wanted some livestock.
And, look at that "ham" on the right.
