My BABY!!

I don't know how it happened, but MY BABY turned 8 today.  EIGHT!  Well, I told him he will always be my baby and he's okay with that.  He gave me lots of hugs and kisses all day to cheer me up and he also had a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY day!!

He had a package waiting for him from Auntie Lynn, Ryan and Uncle Denis when he got home

We have a new musician in the family!  Our little fourth grader gets to play in the band this year and she picked the clarinet!  It was hard to track down a clarinet for rental, but our third stop had one!  We are so excited to have music in our home!! :) 

Twice a week Bailey will be taking band at school

She is SOOOO excited.  She's been looking forward to fourth grade just for this!

Had my second surgery in three months.  This one is healing better so let's keep our fingers crossed all goes well!!

My poor flower garden was neglected while I was out of commission.  Today I spent some time trying to deadhead and clean things up.

The BIG news!  Daddy has finally said Bailey can paint her finger nails!!  

My cutting garden is still producing beautiful flowers!!!

Bailey lost another tooth!!

Tooth Fairy came and left a little something in her tooth box last night!

Now that summer is almost coming to an end, we broke out our fire pit and roasted marshmallows!

GIRL'S ONLY!

 Today Gregory started basketball camp that runs from 9am-2pm.  Well, that give Bailey and I some much needed GIRL'S ONLY time!  We ran errands, had lunch together and finished a little sewing project!  I even got dinner going!!  

Oh, and Gregory had a great time at camp ~ He even won the LeBron James award for his efforts!  Three more days to go!
