My Little Chefs

Since I've been sick my babies have really stepped up to the plate and are just so helpful.  Bailey has been dying to cook dinner for the family and since Clark is just swamped with work, tonight was her perfect opportunity.  She has been looking through recipe books for the last couple of weeks and decided on sloppy joes.  We've never had sloppy joes so it was something new and she found it in her allergy free cookbook so no revisions needed to be made!  AND she even got Gregory to help her out!  Everyone gave it 5 stars and Bailey said the only thing was she wished Grandma was here to enjoy it too!

Celebrating My 50th

Tonight Mom got our family all got together to help me celebrate my 50th birthday!  We had the most delicious dinner at Esin in Danville followed by chatting, playing and cake at home.  I had a great time ~ it was nice to be able to get together and have some fun.

For my dinner I had a caesar salad
I shared a bit of Mrs. Nitta's salmon
AND a little of Daddy's prime rib!  Everything was SO DELICIOUS!
Ryan and Lukie enjoying their fancy drinks.  We missed Joey and Camryn who had a dance recital tonight
