Bean Boozled

The kids have been watching other kids eat these gross jelly belly candies on You Tube and wanted to take the challenge.  While Gregory and I were running an errand we saw this and picked it up.  After dinner the kids decided this is what they wanted for dessert.  :\ (I have to admit, I laughed so hard I almost peed in my pants tho!!)

Can you see the flavors??  Uh, why would you want to risk getting stuck with any of gross flavors?  And some even the supposedly good flavors are gross!  Juicy Pear??  Licorice??

Bailey got 9 gross ones and the one "normal" one was tutti frutti and she didn't like that either.  I think Gregory got 5 bad ones, but two he had Bailey break open so he didn't actually eat!  They had to eat a regular candy after to get that "flavor" out of their mouth!  Just gross

Gobble, gobble

 Tuesday we all hopped into our van (including our two cats ~ well, one is ours and one is a friend's) and headed to LA!  (Well, the cats headed to Stockton:()  We spent four days and three nights of pretty much non-stop laughter with Bachan, Uncle Denis, Tobytaro, Auntie Lynn, Uncle Rick, Ryan and Lauren!  I can't tell you how tired I am, but we sure jammed a ton of fun into a very short period of time.

While they were at the park, I hung out with my buddy!!  We shopped and ate and chatted and relaxed at the new Korean Spa!!

Happy Veteran's Day!

The kids didn't have school today so we ran to Hobby Lobby this morning and stopped at Freebirds for lunch.  Had other errands to run, but I ran out of steam so we came home and I dumped a bunch of craft stuff on the table for them to entertain themselves while I rested.

Raingutter Regatta

Tonight Gregory had to defend his title at the Raingutter Regatta

This year he decided to do a pirate themed boat

And my little man came in first place!  Whooo Hoo!

Christmas Already?!

Well, if you step into our home you'd know Christmas is right around the corner!!  Well, sort of.  Daddy loves to enjoy the Christmas tree for as long as possible and since we take it down on the 26th of December, the only way he can extend it is to start earlier and earlier into November.  SO, today he and the kids pulled everything down from the rafters and now our house looks like Winter Wonderland!
