Our New Pets!
Guess what Santa brought the kids this year!? SEA MONKEYS!! I'm probably dating myself, but remember Sea Monkeys? Well, now our kids will remember them too. Monday we conditioned the water and yesterday we stirred in the eggs. With our cold weather it'll probably take 5-7 days for them to hatch, but we are all looking forward to watching them grow. (They live up to 2 years!) They also received a Ladybug Farm and an Ant Farm so we're going to have quite a little zoo around here.

Fun! Summer had a ladybug farm one year. That was neat to see them hatch. I wish my kids would be happy with sea monkeys for pets!
